Return and Refund Policy
The Horse Shop is dedicated to customer service satisfaction. If you have any problems or questions, please don't hesitate to contact us via the Contact Us page and tell us of your concerns. One of our team members will assist you in your queries as soon as possible.
Upon receiving your purchases please check your invoice to assure that there are no discrepancies between items ordered and items received. Keep all packing slips and related material in case of refund.
Items may be returned, refunded or exchanged.
If a return is necessary the item needs to be returned to us in it's unopened original packaging by post within 45 days of the invoice date. Refunds will be made as soon as we have inspected the returned item to ensure that it is in the same condition as when it was sent. Postage on returns is at the customers expense unless otherwise arranged. You will then be refunded by the same way that you paid for your item.
If the item needs to be exchanged due to fault or error on our behalf, the new item will be sent at The Horse Shop's expense.
Shipping
We ship as soon as possible after payment has cleared. Usually within 24 hours.
If any of our products go to backorder, you will be contacted to advise of an expected delivery time. The rest of your order, if you have purchased other items, will usually be sent straight away and the backorder item will be sent to you at our expense.
Yes - we do send to PO Boxes.
All Shipping is sent via Australia Post.
We try to keep postage costs to a minimum - lowest cost is $4.65.
International Orders
Postage time for international orders generally can take 10 - 14 days (occasionally longer) to arrive at their final destination.
